Returns Policy:

We offer a limited "Comfort" period of 30 nights on selected models: valid if the mattress is purchased along with a matching protective mattress pad. See individual stores for models that are eligible. 

• Sales where the mattress is sold without a mattress pad the “Comfort” period is not applicable. 
• Customers will be allowed one exchange into a comparable priced model.  Mattresses returned for exchange will be inspected for damage, stains, or soil.  If the mattress upon inspection is damaged an exchange will not be allowed.
• All items sold “As-is” “Distressed” “Floor Model” or “Clearance” are not returnable, not covered under warranty, all sales of these items are final.
• An exchange into a lower priced model will have the difference issued as a store credit to purchase accessories: pillows, bedframes, comforters, etc…
• Exchanges for higher priced models will require payment by the customer of the difference in sales price.
• Exchanges covers the same size, 1 exchange per customer.

ParkLane is a factory operation, and we offer incredible discounts when compared to retail prices, therefore returns beyond 30 days or for units sold without a protective mattress pad will only be accepted for warranty repair.   

A warranty card is attached to each mattress, the warranty must be registered within 30 days of the purchase to be valid.   

All transportation costs for exchanges or warranties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  The cost for picking up a mattress for exchange or warranty will be the same as our normal delivery pricing.  All delivery charges must be paid before we pickup a mattress.  Delivery charges will apply for returning the mattress to the customers home after an exchange or warranty.

The following items are not returnable:  Pillows, comforters, mattress pads, mattress protectors, mattress toppers, and bedframes.

All items delivered by ParkLane require a final inspection signature that the units are delivered in new condition and are free of damage.  Please inspect all pieces delivered before signing the damage waiver.  Damage found after final inspection will be subject to our warranty policy.
